Advocate Priyadharsini.B.T is a registered patent agent (IN/PA 5344) and a licensed advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (Enrollment No: 5112/2023). She holds an MSc in Physics, LLB, Diploma in Software Testing, and is proficient in Spanish. Since beginning her practice in 2021, Priyadharsini has developed expertise in intellectual property rights, including patent filing and prosecution, IP litigation, and patent facilitation.

She is registered under the government's facilitator scheme (often known as the ipmitra scheme or SIPP), which has a special focus on helping Startups. Through this program, PRIYADHARSINI B T has already helped many startups and budding innovators successfully file their patent applications.
What does this mean for you? If you are a DPIIT-recognized Startup, the government's scheme covers the professional fees, and you only need to pay the official government (statutory) fees, making patent protection more accessible than ever.
